In order to ensure the comfort you deserve and the best possible user experience, we advise you to read the general terms of stay first.

  • ABOUT RTANJ

Rtanj has 74 accommodation units, which include rooms, apartments and multi-bed duplexes. Accommodation is with half-board, at the price determined upon booking your stay. Rtanj undertakes to implement the booked service in a previously described and defined manner, except in the events of force majeure (war, riots, terrorist actions, natural disasters, etc.)

  • BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

You can book your stay in the following ways:

  • By calling our reception desk
  • Via Booking.com
  • Via the website rtanj.rs

Arrangements are charged in dinars, at the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia.

Booking By Phone

If you book via phone, you’ll need to pay a predefined advance (50% of the total price) upon the received proforma invoice, so that we can confirm your reservation. After advance payment, your reservation shall be deemed confirmed and accepted. The remaining amount is paid after the advance payment, and before the guest checks in, as per the established payment terms. The full amount must be paid no later than 8 days before the arrangement starts.

If the last installment, as agreed with the hotel, is paid in the facility during the stay registration, you can pay the remaining amount with a payment card or in cash.

Booking Via Booking.com

If you book via Booking.com, payment terms shall be in accordance with the regulations and in the manner specified on the aforementioned platform at the time of booking.

  • CANCELLATION

In the event of no-show, stay cancellation or shortening, Rtanj reserves the right to charge you in accordance with the damage compensation policy.

If you book via Booking.com, cancellation policy specified on the aforementioned platform at the time of booking shall apply in the event of no-show, stay cancellation or shortening. 

 

  • RTANJS OBLIGATIONS

In provision of our services, Rtanj undertakes to act with the diligence of a good host. We shall bear the responsibility for non-execution of services or any part thereof. Rtanj shall be absolved from liability in case of force majeure (Item 1).

  • GUESTS OBLIGATIONS

Our guests are obliged to comply with the house rules in the facility and to observe all regulations adopted by Rtanj. In case of non-compliance with these obligations, the guest will be held liable for the damage caused, whereas Rtanj shall be absolved from liability for the damage incurred.

  • COMPLAINTS

If a guest believes that the services rendered have been incomplete or of poor quality, they may submit a claim for compensation. Such claims are submitted at the reception desk during stay or, at the latest, at the end of stay. The fee per claim shall not exceed the total travel arrangement price.

  • DISCOUNTS

Children under the age of 3 stay free at Rtanj. Children ages 3 to 12 are entitled to a discount of 50% to 70% on the price of accommodation, depending on whether they share a bed with an adult.

  • TOURIST TAXES

Tourist taxes are determined by the Municipality of Raška in the amount of 120.00 dinars per day for adults and 60.00 dinars per day for children. Tourist taxes are not included in the accommodation price, but will be specified as an additional item on the estimate of accommodation costs. If a guest does not pay the tourist tax upon paying the arrangement, they will pay it at the hotel during registration.

  • ARRIVAL TO RTANJ

The rooms are available to guests, and can be used from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. on the day of check-out. Upon entering their rooms, guests are to report any and all perceived deficiencies to Rtanj management or the reception desk. Upon leaving the hotel,  guests need to leave their rooms as they found them.

  • SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

At the guest’s special request, we can provide a baby crib, transportation to the facility, meals for guests on a special diet, events and activities, team buildings, celebrations, etc. The entire Rtanj – management and staff – strive to respond to all requests and demands in order to ensure their satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
