Every morning and every evening we welcome our guests with a variety of food and delicious specialties made from the top-quality ingredients. We know how important dietary diversity is, so the menu changes nearly on a daily basis, and our guests can enjoy the magic of diverse traditional Serbian, Balkan and world gastronomy during a longer stay.
As to the local specialties, the menu often includes different types of meat and roasts, Karađorđeva (breaded cutlet dish), pork chops, meatballs, ham hock, traditional slow-cooked sour cabbage with meat or stuffed peppers. We also offer international and Mediterranean cuisine, with specialties from famous gastronomic countries such as Italy, Spain and France. On those days, the buffet table will include amazing dishes such as Mediterranean fish or salmon carpaccio, and sometimes we even search for inspiration in Peloponnese and serve traditional Greek gyros.
We take pride in preparing all types of bread, including chrono, rye and buckwheat breads, as well as different types of buns and oven-baked bread (pogača) in our own bakery, which guarantees their freshness.
For decades, guests have recognized our efforts to maintain the best quality of food, both in terms of the ingredient origin and visual presentation. After you feel the variety of mesmerizing flavors in our hotel restaurant, the only question you will ask yourself is how not to overeat?
