• Loud music is not allowed in the rooms after 10 PM
• Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or in the lobby. Only the fireplace lobby and Odžaklija restaurant are smoke friendly. 
• Possession and use of intoxicants in Rtanj are strictly prohibited. Anyone who fails to comply with this prohibition will be immediately removed from the hotel, and a complaint will be filed against them to the Ministry of Interior.
• Guests must take care of cleanliness in the rooms.
• Upon entering their rooms, guests are to report any and all perceived deficiencies to Rtanj management or the reception desk.
• Upon leaving the hotel,  guests need to leave their rooms as they found them.
• Damage caused during the stay will be charged separately.
• Music on the public address system will be played solely from the media that belong to Rtanj.
• Physical or loud verbal confrontations are prohibited in Rtanj. Anyone who fails to comply with this prohibition will be immediately removed from the hotel.
• It is not allowed to park vehicles on the plateau in front of the hotel, except for company vehicles.
• It is not allowed to walk in ski boots outside the common areas.
• Guests should leave their room keys at the reception desk.
