Rtanj Kopaonik d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as: “us”, “we”, ”our”, “Rtanj”, “Controller”, “website“) takes the privacy of every individual who visits our website www.rtanj.rs and who shares their personal information with us seriously. Everyone has the right to know what types of information we collect, why we collect them, how are they used, the circumstances under which they may be deleted or disclosed, as well as the right to their consent to the use of this information.
This Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as Privacy Policy) informs anyone who shares their personal information with us about our privacy policy regarding the collection, use, retention and disclosure of their personal information. We use visitor data exclusively for the purpose of providing and improving services provided at Rtanj and the visitor’s experience on the Rtanj website.

Before obtaining the data, the Controller informs the Users about the conditions of collection and further processing of their data. - accommodation booking;
- guest registration in the facility;
- fulfilling legal obligation to report foreign guests to the competent authorities of the Republic of Serbia;
- keeping internal records on the sold services at Rtanj;

- improving the services we offer within Rtanj;
- notifications about information that the Controller believes would be relevant in using the services within Rtanj;
- user satisfaction surveys, which are conducted on a voluntary basis;
- elimination of disturbances and resolution of complaints that exist in connection with the services provided at Rtanj;
- at your request, so as you may obtain our newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you;

- Usage Information
We may also collect information about how our website www.rtanj.rs is accessed and how the content available on it is used. The process of booking is carried out via Serbian Bookers, therefore, any and all Personal Data users may leave upon booking shall be stored on Serbian Bookers server under the terms and conditions specified on the website https://serbian-bookers.com/pravilnik-o-privatnosti-podataka/. After a user leaves their Personal Data upon booking services, we shall use only the Personal Data necessary for the implementation of the booked service. Personal data may include, but are not limited to: booking confirmation phone number, name, surname and ID number for guest registration, etc.

We may use third-party analytics tools to monitor and analyze the use of our website and services.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses collected data to track and monitor the use of our service. In order to collect e-mail addresses of users and to carry out marketing activities whereby we inform users about news and offers, we use Mailchimp.
If a user signs up for our promotional emails (newsletter) by entering their e-mail address on our website, we will use that information to send our newsletter and information about our offers and services. Modification And Correction Of Personal Data
